Unlike the last two reviewers the Union Gospel Mission Sacramento is beacon of light in a very dark place. Just as Jesus reached out to the "Least of These" UGM continues to do so 365 days a year. Everywhere Jesus walked is "Holy Ground" and he walked with the poor and the homeless. He is using UGM to reach those with His Gospel. If it were not for UGM and it's volunteers and donors, I would not be who I am today.

I was between jobs really appreciated the help,and thru the constant friendly insistant I was able to get saved and my life move in the correct direction spiritual. I thank you and Jesus Christ for this awakening ,which I will follow for life. Thank you

Stranded at the greyhound station, I had no money, no help, and no hope. I was hungry and tired, and didn't have any idea as to where to go for food or shelter... union gospel mission is the place to go if you need a friend, a meal, or a place to stay. The only problem(s) with Sacramento is there are not enough restrooms... and the only major problem with U.G.H is no packages to the mail center here.... come on guys.. you can do better than that!!!
